Snowed in by mail!

I had a mega mail week.  Tons of parcels finally came through.  First I have some giveaway winnings to show.

I won a $25 gift certificate for Green Fairy Quilts from Em.  Her blog is full of fun and quilts and she loves Green Fairy aka Judy.  So to celebrate happiness I bought this with my gift certificate.

Next up is a winning from the Blogtoberfest Giveaway that I just received from Larissa way across the pond.    Larissa blogs about cute reindeer, Christmas cakes, her children and sewing.  This spirit doll is named Tree of Life – a perfect spiritual token for what I need in my life currently.

Larissa sent me a postcard and bookmark with lovely pics from her country.

Also in the mail this week was this lovely set of fabrics that I won from Linda.  She included a bag pattern which I’m excited to try.  Sorry the photo has a shiny spot right on the pattern.  Guess you’ll just have to wait until I make it to see it   Linda has a variety of interesting things on her blog: photo of the day, quilting, lists of giveaways and recipes.  She also seems to have lots of giveaways.

 

Next (I’ve been pretty spoiled over the last week) a prize from Sarah that I won for asking her a question about a quilting date.  She did the most awesome blog answering my question. She sent me a little stocking left over from a cute advent calendar she made along with some cute note cards.

And the last of the giveaway prizes was from the 100 Blocks Blog Tour.  I didn’t win the magazine – had to go out and buy it – but I did win these fabulous flannels from Heidi Pridemore’s store.

I think a baby quilt is on my horizon
